Our Pea Protein Isolate is an amino acid-rich and highly concentrated form of protein, isolated from golden peas, which makes it ideal for vegans. It is also a dairy-free protein source so suitable for the lactose intolerant or for those simply wanting to limit their dairy intake. 

Mix 2 Scoops (30g) with 330ml of chilled water, shake well and consume straight away. You can consume up to 2 serves of pea protein powder per day but this should be in conjunction with a balanced, wholesome diet.

Used for a while now, prefer the salted caramel over the berry, but all easy to mix and drink even mixed with VG

Tasty but a little grainy

Love the vanilla and chocolate pea protein! It's very slightly grainy but if you blend the heck out of it, it helps. Depending on the day I mix it with water or almond milk/oat milk. I quick easy filler for days where I haven't eaten enough protein.

Great to start the day or boost a workout!

I have been taking oxyshred for about 3 years now (with breaks) and it is my most trusted supplement of them all!
Energy: My most preferred time to take oxyshred is first thing in the morning. It gives me the boost i need for the day, and it's not jittery. I will sometimes use before a workout. The energy boost you get from oxyshred is very "clean and smooth" and helps you feel focused

Taste: I have tried many flavours over this time lol and i think it's all personal preference! I will list mine from most favourite to least.

Fat loss: Oxyshred is a great asset to fat loss if you're also following a fat loss diet and exercising! I find it helps me feel less "fluffy" and tone that little bit more during fat loss phases.

Good for what I need it for

First time trying this product and I bought the vanilla flavour. I wanted to try going for a cheaper option per serve after using Macro Mike protein. This protein goes well mixed with other ingredients eg. in a smoothie! However, when mixed with just water or almond milk on its own, it wasn't the best taste and texture wise.

But - if you're looking for a low calorie, low carb yet high protein plant based option this is great! And more affordable.

I will keep using this protein when I want protein mixed in with other ingredients, however, i will stick to Macro Mike for when i just need protein with water or plant-based milk :)
