Refunds & Returns
On occasion, you might receive goods from us that have been damaged in transit, are faulty or aren’t what you ordered. Mistakes happen and we strive to make the returns process as seamless as possible for you.
Please email us if you have any issues with your order and we will work with you to rectify the issue promptly.
Goods Damaged
Due to of the nature of our business and our reliance on the care and professionalism of courier companies to deliver your goods to your door, please always inspect your package prior to opening. If the product is damaged, contact us as soon as possible. This is to protect you, as every package is insured and helps us to resolve any disputes with the courier company quickly.
Faulty Products
If a product is faulty it must be returned within 7 days - please email us to arrange this
- If the product is found to be faulty, we will credit, refund or replace the faulty goods
- If the product is found to be faulty, you will be reimbursed for the shipping costs (cost of sending to Clean Nutrition)
- If the product is found to have no faults, the original product will be returned to the customer
- If a product is returned in a used condition, we reserve the right to credit on the unused portion
Unopened Products
With prior approval, you can return your unopened, as new, product to us for a credit or swap, within 7 days and at your own cost. This is on the basis that the goods are unopened and in new condition.
- Any credit balance will be applied to your account, minus shipping costs
- We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10%
- All products will be checked once received at our warehouse before any refund or credit is issued
Due to the nature of our products and in the interests of health and safety, prior approval must be obtained before any items are returned. Get in touch with us here first.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time prior to shipping for a full refund, either as store credit or back to your card or bank. Please email or call us as soon as possible, as we operate a same day packing service.
Undeliverable Packages
We rely on you to enter your address details correctly. If an order is returned to Clean Nutrition because the courier has been unable to deliver, additional shipping charges will apply before an order is re-shipped.
In all cases it is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the product is correct prior to opening and/or using.
All goods are sold on the basis that you have sought advice from your doctor and researched the suitability of the product before purchasing. Clean Nutrition accepts no liability on the use or misuse of any products sold.

- Be sure to get in touch with us here before returning any items
- We cannot issue credits or refunds due to the flavour, consistency, mix-ability or change of mind for goods that have been opened
- Clearance items and free gifts, including short expiry date products are not able to be returned
- The Consumers guarantee act applies in all cases
