Easy 10 Minute Protein Pancakes

Craving pancakes? Here's an easy recipe without the guilt! Whip these up in as little as 10 minutes for a yummy any-day-of-the-week breakfast or snack!

Serves 2.

These easy protein pancakes have just two main ingredients - mashed banana and eggs plus a serving of our Whey or Pea Protein to really maximise protein content & flavour and to help you feel fuller for longer. Toppings are optional for these delights but anything from fresh fruit and nut-butters to coconut yoghurt and sugar free syrups do make them pretty delish!


  • 2 large bananas mashed
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 servings (4 scoops) Clean Nutrition Whey or Pea Protein Powder - we use Vanilla but you can use any flavour you desire!
  • Butter or oil to cook


  • Mash the bananas with a fork and place in a medium sized bowl. Add the eggs, baking powder and protein powder and whisk until well combined. 
  • Melt a little butter in a small/medium sized pan (you can substitute butter for coconut oil or any other cooking oil). Wait until the pan is quite hot and the butter is starting to sizzle.
  • Add 2-3 tablespoons of the pancake mixture to the pan.
  • Let the pancakes cook until the mixture is set on top before flipping over and cooking the other side until browned.
  • Stack pancakes on top of each other and serve warm with your choice of toppings - our favourite is with a drizzle of maple syrup, fresh berries and a dollop of coconut yoghurt.
