Healthy High-Protein Tiramisu: A simple, healthy twist on a favourite dessert that actually tastes amazing. It's a great high-protein option for whenever you want something sweet but want to stay on track.

Ingredients:
- 150g greek yoghurt
- 2x scoops Clean Nutrition Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 1x single shot of coffee
- 10x Ceres Organics Coconut Wafer Rolls
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Directions:
- Mix the Greek yoghurt and whey protein powder together until smooth and creamy.
- Dip each coconut wafer roll into the coffee until fully coated. If you love a stronger coffee flavour, leave them to soak for 1–2 minutes.
- Spoon a small amount of the yoghurt mixture into the base of your chosen container. Arrange 4 coconut wafer rolls on top, then cover with a generous layer of the yoghurt mixture.
- Add the remaining 6 coconut wafer rolls, then spread the rest of the yoghurt mixture over the top until completely covered.
- Dust generously with cocoa powder using a sieve, then refrigerate overnight.
