Very sweet.

Not really a fan of this protein. It's awfully sweet. To the point where it's not really enjoyable. Why do you call yourself clean nutrition can someone please outline that to me. Maybe I need to be educated. I read the ingredient lists and see things in there that can interfere with healthy gut bacteria.

Thanks

Love love love

After trying several different brands and types of protein powder I now have 3 of the Clean flavours and absolutely love them.

They stand alone as a simple shake to support/build protein intake or with added ingredients to make a substantial meal replacement - either way they are now staple in my pantry.

FAQs

Whey protein is derived from dairy milk, specifically from cows. Milk consists of various nutrients including water, vitamins, carbohydrates and two different types of protein: whey and casein.

During the process of making cheese, whey is separated from casein and then filtered to remove all other components. It is then dried down into a powder, resulting in a substance very high in protein and a complete source of essential amino acids.

There are many benefits to taking whey protein - not only does it help to build lean muscles and restore muscles, it can also be a great supplement to assist with weight loss.

How much whey protein you take depends on a number of factors, including overall protein consumption and what your individual health and fitness goals are.

Typically, you can consume up to 2 servings of whey protein per day. But it is recommended to consult with a health professional before consuming any more than this.

Yes - whey is naturally gluten free and that's the way we like to keep it. All of our whey protein is gluten free - perfect for the gluten intolerant, or if you are just wanting to limit your gluten intake.

Your options are endless! Some of our favourite ways include mixed with water, milk or blended into a smoothie with fruit, seeds & nuts!

Our whey protein is also a really great addition to some delicious recipes, check them out here

Whey and pea are both rich sources of protein. Typically, whey has a slightly higher protein content but both are low in carbs, fat, fibre and sugar.

While whey comes from milk, pea protein comes from yellow peas and is a great option for those who are lactose or dairy intolerant.

Both whey and pea protein powder are great protein supplements to take in conjunction with a balanced diet.
