Protein Apple Crumble 🍏

Craving something sweet but still want to hit your protein goals? 🥧 Our Protein Apple Crumble satisfies your sweet tooth while giving you a protein boost to keep you fuller for longer and help smash your goals. 💪

Ingredients

Protein Crumble:

  • 1 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp all spice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 scoops Clean Nutrition Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Apple Mix:

  • 3 apples (we used Granny Smith)
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp all spice

To serve:
Yoghurt for on top! (For an extra protein boost, mix some protein powder into your yoghurt.)

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan bake).

Cut the apples into small cubes. Place them in a pot with the rest of the apple mix ingredients. Stir occasionally for about 10 minutes, or until the apples are soft.

While the apples are cooking, add all the protein crumble ingredients into a bowl.

Mix well, then transfer to a baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.

To serve, place the cooked apples in a bowl, top with the crumble, and finish with a dollop of yoghurt. Enjoy!
