Unbelievably Delicious Golden Waffles (38.5g of protein per serve!) 🧇

Ingredients (makes 3-4 waffles):
- 30g (around 2 scoops) Clean Nutrition Whey Protein Powder (we used Vanilla! Yum 🍨)
- 30g (1/4 cup) flour (regular flour, oat - or almond if you want it low carb)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 60g (1/4 cup) plain high-protein Greek Yoghurt
- 1 large egg
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) milk or water (we used unsweetened almond milk)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp keto sweetener
- Cooking spray
- Optional: Top with Nothing Naughty Fibre Syrup and fruit
Instructions:
- Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together protein powder, flour, and baking powder.
- Add yoghurt, egg, milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the heated waffle iron and cook until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).
- Serve with greek yogurt, fresh fruit, Nothing Naughty Fibre Syrup, or nut butter!
