Want a simple and delicious high-protein breakfast? Look no further than this Clean Nutrition Overnight Oats recipe!

I love this recipe so much it’s my every-day go-to ☺️

Ingredients: (makes 19 x 60g serves)

  • 6 cups or 500g whole grain oats
  • 3 cups or 375g *Clean Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 cup or 150g Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup or 130g other nuts and seeds (i.e. shredded coconut, ground flaxseed, toasted pumpkin, sunflower, sesame seeds, chopped walnuts or almonds).

*Tip: you can easily sub in 300g or 4.5 cups of our delicious and creamy new Clean Nutrition Fava Bean Protein for a plant-based option!

Instructions:

  • Grab a large sealable glass jar or container (at least 3 litre volume so you can shake up the contents!)

  • Directly weigh or measure in the oats, protein powder and nuts and seeds (if using scales, hitting “zero” after each addition makes it easier!)

  • Seal the container and shake it until well mixed!

  • To serve, add 1/2 a cup or 60g to a bowl with water or milk of your choice, and add whatever toppings you like - great options are sliced banana, berries, greek yoghurt and extra toasted seeds! Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy!

*Tip: you can easily change up the portions of the oats, protein powder and seeds to match your macro goals! A simple guide: oats = more carbs, protein = more protein, seeds = more fats!
