Protein Ice Cream Pops Recipe

Cool down with these super clean, creamy low-cal ice pops!
Ingredients: (makes around 6 popsicles)
- 1.5 - 2 cups of frozen fruit (e.g., berries, mango, banana or a mix - we used blueberries)
- 2 scoops of Clean Nutrition Whey, Fava Bean, or Pea Protein (we used Vanilla Fava Bean Protein - note this makes it extra thick so you may want to add more milk!)
- 1 to 1.5 cups of milk (you can use any type! We used unsweetened almond milk)
- Optional: **add flavours like vanilla essence, maple syrup, or cinnamon
Instructions:
- Combine the frozen fruit, protein powder, milk, and any extras in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again until you achieve a pourable consistency.
- Pour into ice pop molds, leaving a small space at the top for expansion.
- Place sticks into each mold.
- Put the molds in the freezer and let them set for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully frozen.
- Once frozen, remove the ice pops from the molds by running warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them.
