High-Protein Cheese, Herb & Onion Scones 🧀🤤

Ingredients (Makes 6):

¾ cup (90g) self-raising flour

⅓ cup (35g) Clean Nutrition Unflavoured Whey Protein

½ tsp baking powder
-
½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

¼ tsp salt
-
1 tsp dried or fresh chopped herbs

⅓ cup (35g) grated reduced-fat cheese
-
¼ cup finely diced red or spring onion
-
3 tbsp (60g) low-fat Greek yoghurt
-
7 tbsp (100ml) unsweetened almond milk
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a tray with baking paper.
2️⃣ Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
3️⃣ Stir in cheese and onion.
4️⃣ Add yoghurt and milk, mixing gently to form a soft dough.
5️⃣ Divide into 6 portions, shape into rounds and place on the tray.
6️⃣ Bake for 14-16 minutes or until golden and set.
7️⃣ Cool slightly, serve warm - or store and reheat when needed.
