High-Protein Breakfast Cheesecake (with Plant-Based Version!) 🍰

This high-protein cheesecake is a dream come true—creamy, delicious, and packed with muscle-fuelling protein to keep you satisfied all morning. Plus, there’s a plant-based option for our vegan friends!

🐄 Regular

Ingredients (makes 1 serve):

  • 2 Weetbix crushed
  • 1/4 cup hot water or milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 100g (1/2 cup) plain High Protein Greek Yoghurt
  • 30g (around 2 scoops) Clean Nutrition Whey Protein (we used Strawberry 🍓)
  • 2-3 large strawberries

🌱 Plant-Based

Ingredients (makes 1 serve):

  • 2 Weetbix, crushed
  • 1/4 cup hot water or plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 30g (around 2 heaped scoops) Clean Nutrition Fava Bean Protein (we used Salted Caramel 🍨)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plant-based milk (Tip - use soy milk to make it higher in protein!)
  • Half a large banana, sliced
  • 100g Silken Tofu

Nutrition Breakdown (Plant-Based - with banana):

  • 359.6 Calories
  • 32.7g Protein
  • 42.2g Carbohydrates
  • 6.7g Fat
  • 5.6g Fibre

Instructions (both)

  1. Place crushed Weetbix in a glass dish or bowl and add hot water/ milk and vanilla - mash together with a large spoon and press into the base.
  2. Regular - mix yoghurt + protein powder in a bowl or cup. Plant Based - blend silken tofu + milk + protein powder in blender.
  3. Pour the mix over top of the Weetbix.
  4. Top with sliced fruit.
  5. Optional: Sprinkle with chopped Nothing Naughty Keto Chocolate (Yum! GF & VF 🍫) or drizzle with Nothing Naughty Fibre Syrup!
