Feijoa Crumble with 16g of Plant-Based Protein 💪 ✨

Got a pile of fresh feijoas at home? It’s time to whip up our Easy Protein Feijoa Crumble!
Ingredients (makes 1 serve):

Flesh of 6 feijoas

3 tbsp oats

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp maple syrup

Splash of water (if needed for texture)
👉 Tip: Top with Greek yoghurt or your fave ice cream for extra goodness!
Instructions:
1️⃣ Scoop the flesh from 6 feijoas into a small, oven-safe dish.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix oats, cinnamon, maple syrup, and protein powder. Add a splash of water if needed to get that perfect crumbly texture.
3️⃣ Spread the crumble mixture over the feijoas.
4️⃣ Bake at 190°C for 8–10 minutes until golden and delicious.
5️⃣ Serve warm with Greek yoghurt or a scoop of ice cream. Enjoy every cosy, feijoa-packed bite! 🍨
