Ingredients: (makes 1 serve, but can be easily doubled or tripled!)
- 2 scoops Clean Nutrition Electrolyte Hydration (I used the Forest Berry Flavour 🤤)
- 1 ½ cups ice (adjust for thickness)
- 1 cup cold water (or coconut water for extra hydration)
- ½ cup frozen fruit (optional – e.g., frozen berries, pineapple, or mango for added flavour)
- ½ Tbs lemon or lime juice (optional – for extra tang)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to your blender – start with water first, then ice and powder to blend smoothly.
- Blend on high for 30-60 seconds or until the ice is crushed and it reaches a thick, slushy consistency.
- Taste and adjust – add more ice for a thicker texture or more water for a lighter consistency.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately! You can also freeze for 5-10 minutes for an even icier texture.
