Decadent Ambrosia Protein Pudding (Keto Friendly!)

Craving something naughty but gotta hit those protein goals? Try our mouth watering Ambrosia recipe! 🤤

Ingredients: (makes 1 serve)

  • 150g plain high-protein yoghurt (We used Kalo Authentic Greek Yoghurt - Natural)
  • 30g (2 scoops) Clean Nutrition Strawberry Whey Protein Powder
  • 30g whipped cream (We used Tatua Dairy Whip - Unsweetened)
  • Optional: add diced strawberries and chopped sugar free marshmallow to the mix, and top with grated Nothing Naughty Keto chocolate (V, GF) for extra decadence! Note - if strictly keto, leave the fruit out!

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and whey protein powder until smooth and well combined.
  2. Whip the cream separately until slightly thickened, then fold it into the yogurt mixture.
  3. Add the diced strawberries and marshmallow (if using) and stir to combine, top with grated dark chocolate.
  4. Let it sit in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to allow flavours to blend.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
