Decadent Ambrosia Protein Pudding (Keto Friendly!)

Ingredients: (makes 1 serve)
- 150g plain high-protein yoghurt (We used Kalo Authentic Greek Yoghurt - Natural)
- 30g (2 scoops) Clean Nutrition Strawberry Whey Protein Powder
- 30g whipped cream (We used Tatua Dairy Whip - Unsweetened)
- Optional: add diced strawberries and chopped sugar free marshmallow to the mix, and top with grated Nothing Naughty Keto chocolate (V, GF) for extra decadence! Note - if strictly keto, leave the fruit out!
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and whey protein powder until smooth and well combined.
- Whip the cream separately until slightly thickened, then fold it into the yogurt mixture.
- Add the diced strawberries and marshmallow (if using) and stir to combine, top with grated dark chocolate.
- Let it sit in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to allow flavours to blend.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
