🍌 High Protein Single-Serve Banana Bread 🍞

This one's for the banana bread lovers who want treat vibes with macro-friendly stats. Whether it's breakfast, snack o'clock or dessert - this single-serve banana bread hits the spot without the effort. Made with Clean Nutrition Vanilla Whey, it's as easy as blend, pour, and cook.
What You'll Need:
- 1 small ripe banana (mashed or whole - it’s going in the blender!)
- 1 egg
- 2 scoops Clean Nutrition Vanilla Whey Protein (30g)
- 2 tbsp milk of choice
- 2 tbsp flour (self-raising or oat flour)
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- Dash of cinnamon
- Optional: pinch of salt, chopped nuts, or choc chips
How to Make It:
- Blend it up
Toss all your ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. - Pour + cook
Pour the batter into a lightly greased ramekin or heatproof dish.
Air fry at 160°C for 10–12 minutes (or bake at 180°C for 15–20 mins) until golden and set. - Top + enjoy
Let it cool slightly, then add yoghurt, peanut butter, or a drizzle of honey for extra goodness 🍯
